Some people think boldness is loudness. But loud can be fear in a trench coat. Real boldness is calm strength. It is a steady heart that refuses to be bullied by worry, opinions, or old programming.
ACIM says fear is always a misperception - a mistaken interpretation of reality. The Course doesn’t tell you to wrestle fear to the ground. It teaches you to choose a different inner teacher: “There is nothing to fear.” (ACIM Workbook-pI.48)
