Depression is strange because it doesn’t just bring pain-it steals meaning. It drains color out of the world. It messes with sleep, appetite, focus, motivation, and sometimes even your ability to feel anything at all. And then it whispers the cruelest thought: “This is who you are now.”
That thought is a liar.
