Many people live like they’re auditioning. Trying to be accepted. Trying to fit into somebody else’s mold. Trying to please everybody and ending up exhausted and divided inside.
That’s because performing is expensive. It costs you peace. It costs you honesty. And after a while, it even costs you joy, because you’re never sure if people love you… or the “version” of you.
